We have been privileged to work with organizations across the development sectors to generate evidence, strengthen accountability, and create lasting social impact.
This year has also been significant for our journey. Our team culture has grown stronger and more resilient, becoming the driving force behind our ability to deliver high-quality work even in a rapidly changing development landscape. We are also proud to have launched our sister company, Rapid Universal, expanding our reach and positioning us to support global networks and emerging development priorities.
Amid these achievements, we also acknowledge the challenges 2025 has brought to the broader social development sector. Cuts to funding, particularly from the U.S., have severely impacted the social development sector and created an environment of uncertainty. These changes reinforce the importance of strong partnerships, strategic use of resources, and evidence-based decision-making to ensure that vulnerable communities are not left behind.
